Please use the concession schedule below to return to Jill Young for your teams time.  Managers will receive your days to cover at the Managers Meeting  in late October.

Each team is required to work Pond Hockey.  The dates for the 2010 Tournament are January 29-31st.  Please do not book yourself any games or tournaments for that weekend.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Check this page for any and all information pertaining to managers.  We're doing what we can to make your job as easy as possible.  Please make sure that your team stays within the SAHA guidelines for number of games played.  For those teams with non-parent coaches please make sure you validate the information before they are turned in.

In an effort to help with team fees and give every SAHA team a "State" Tournament, the SAHA Board of Directors has approved paying for one tournament for each team (Squirt & up) that isn't eligible to go to a Wisconsin State Tournament, not including gate fees.  Managers, please fill out the tournament registration and put it in the Treasurer's (Kevin Mudrak) Mail slot along with your contact information (Phone # & E-mail Address).  SAHA will pay your entry fee and your team will be responsible for any gate fees.  Also, any team that is eligible to go to State but doesn't qualify - SAHA will reimburse you for your play-down fees.  If your team does qualify for state, any play-down fees are the responsibility of the team as SAHA will pay for the State Tournament Entry Fee.
