Superior Rink Management has new guidelines set forth to dealing with COVID 19 and social distancing starting Monday 7-27-20.  With these changes we are asking all people that visit the rink to follow these guidelines. Please see our COVID-19 update documents with current guidelines.

SAHA has done a good job to limit the spread  to limit the spread of COVID while at the rink, we ask that everybody continue to do their part while using the outside rinks and warming shack.

• masks must be worn at all times while inside the warming shack
• limit time inside warming shack to 10 minutes
• no food allowed in warming shack
• social distance

If people are not following the rules, they will be asked to leave. 

Parents, please help monitor these rules.

Taping over the holes of a bubble, or wearing a mask on the outside of the helmet are no longer allowed by WAHA

We are working with District 11 and Minnesota Hockey to see what this means for SAHA, and our involvement. In the meantime, please monitor the SAHA website and your team's page, to see how this affects your player(s). 

With Superior School District going all virtual starting Monday the 9th until Nov 30th, people are starting to ask about SAHA.  At this point we see no reason to cancel practices, games, or close the rink.  Those that have tested positive for COVID, been in close contact with somebody that is positive, or been told to quarantine are the only people that should not be at the rink.  If there is a positive case at SAHA the County will contact you if it is deemed you were in close contact.   Please continue to wear masks, not arrive early, leave as quick as possible and distance yourself to help keep the rink open.  If you have questions please review the full list of rules posted on our website or call with questions.
